Q: Do I need to provide supplies?

A: Yes — to keep costs fair and scalable, we ask clients to provide their own supplies and equipment. We’ll send you a master list so you know exactly what’s needed.

Q: Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

A: Please don’t feel the need to be home unless necessary. Most clients prefer to return to a sparkling home at the end of the day.

Commercial & Recurring Cleaning

Q: Do you clean businesses as well as homes?

A: Yes! We provide customized quotes for banks, schools, offices, and other commercial spaces.

Q: How often can we schedule cleanings?

A: We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring services. Commercial clients can also set custom schedules.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes — Hubbell & Co. carries liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Airbnb & Rental Cleaning

Q: Do you offer Airbnb or rental property cleaning?

A: Yes — we provide detailed turnover cleanings for Airbnb and short-term rentals to keep your space guest-ready.

Q: Can you handle laundry and linens for Airbnb cleans?

A: Yes — we can wash, dry, and reset bedding and towels if requested.

Q: How do you schedule Airbnb cleanings?

A: We’ll work with you to set a plan based on your booking calendar so your rental is always ready for guests.

Pet & House Sitting

Q: Do you offer overnight pet and house sitting?

A: Yes — we can provide both drop-in visits and overnight stays depending on your needs.

Q: Will I get updates about my pets?

A: Absolutely! We love sending photo and text updates so you know your furry friends are safe and happy.

Q: Can you give medication or handle special routines?

A: Yes — we’re experienced with pets who need medications, special diets, or extra TLC.

Q: What about general house sitting?

A: Yes — we can bring in mail, water plants, and keep an eye on your home while you’re away.

General Policies

Q: How do I get a quote?

A: Fill out the Quotes page form with your address, services needed, and frequency, and we’ll send you a personalized flat-rate quote.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?

A: If you’re sick, there’s no penalty — just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll reschedule. For all other changes, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Q: How do I pay?

A: You’ll receive an electronic invoice, payable securely online by ACH, debit, or credit.
